Q: How do I place orders?

 4).After confirm your order and payment,we will deliver your order parcel in time.


 

Q: How do I pay you?

A:  Currently ,As for order parcel,We only accept payment by paypal , western union,Wire Transfer(T/T),Money Gram,
P.S: If you would like to pay by Werstern Union or Wire Transfer,be more convenient for us,we must promise to offer you the best 2% discount on the total Amount. if you would like to pay by other terms of payment,such as L/C,pls promptly inform our export manager through E-mail.


 

Q: How can i get a discount for my order?

A: We offer our regular client the best discount price . The more you order,The more you save

 

Q: If I need to order the items which aren't on the website, you can find them for me?

A: That is OK,actually,we have our own coadjutant factory, we are in position to supply OEM for our customers . if your preorder quantity is up to 100 pieces per pattern,we can manufacture them as requested for you.if it is not up to that quantity,We also can find many branded-product from other factories.if you are in need,please feel free to contact with us,thanks!

 

Q: What's the minimum order ? Can I order a pair /piece ?

A: We don’t have minimum orders request, You are welcome to order a sample to confirm our quality, then order in bulk.

 

Q: How will the products be shipped? How long until I receive my products?

A: 1)Generally speaking, we will deliver goods within1-2days after receiving your payment.The express way delivers goods ,such as TNT,DHL,FedEx,EMS,UPS. We will provide you the delivery tracking No .You can receive your products within 5-7days after delivering goods

  2)if customer needs other ways to deliver goods in bulk,such as by sea, please promptly inform export manager through message.

Q: what if my replica goods are blocked by customs?
